You can donate books at any time into the box. Please eke out large amounts into smaller batches so we can try to cope or contact us for an appointment.

PS: Our income from operations and events stopped from months and is now far from enough to pay the costs.

We would welcome help from anyone in these extraordinary times.  Just get in touch to find out more about offering your time in the future.

Keats Community Free to use, open to all. Keats Community Library (KCL) is a volunteer-run registered charity at 10 Keats Grove, London NW3 operated by the community. In March 2012, KCL took over the then Heath Library from Camden Council who no longer provide any support.

KCL costs £60,000 a year to keep open. A registered charity, it is absolutely dependant for survival on the generosity of the local community, which provides the entire financial support. A board of unpaid directors, together with about fifty dedicated volunteers organise and run the library six days a week, throughout the year.

Please feel welcome to discover more information about our library services.

Children's Library

The Children’s Library is a dedicated space for children and their guardians to browse and enjoy our myriad of children’s books offerings.

Our book selection ranges from fiction for all ages (board books and picture books, early readers of all levels, through to full-length chapter books).  We have an expansive non-fiction section as well to help your children learn about history, nature, science, sports, art and more. In addition, we have a selection of popular audio books and an ever-expanding offering of children’s DVDs.

Children are issued separate cards from their parents who remain responsible for them.

Keats Reading Group

Keats Community Library has a lively Reading Group, which meets on the first Thursday of each month between 6-7pm in the quiet corner of the library. Come in just before and get a cup of tea, then settle down with our friendly book enthusiasts and tell us what you think and possibly hear some alternative opinions.
